best front mount for the money?

Alright so I know im gonna get alot of negative feed back on this one but I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good front mount for a 2g? I dont wanna spend more than 400 on it because thats just ridiculous and I would like one that can be easily installed without much major modification. I tried the ebay deal and I will say it was quality product it just required way too much cutting and removing parts to make it fit semi properly. Anywho lesson learned so any feed back would be appreciated. Also please no haters on trying the ebay thing I mean times are hard and i see no point in spending 800-1000$ for a name.

Wow now I feel pretty stupid, thanks spawned that is a nice kit and most likely the one ill get.

On a side note has anyone ever used this one and how was installation? Did it require any major mods?

Installation was retardedly easy. No changes were needed. It bolted right up. The only problem you will have is the flange on the J-Pipe, if you use it, the weld comes too close to the bolt hole and it will make it difficult, but not impossible to tighten it on.

If the clamps are done properly (take your time of you will break them) then there is absolutely no leaking issues at all. I would say that there is only about 1-2 psi of pressure loss.

Alright then again thanks for the help I ordered it but they are on back order now for a few days so ill get it on as soon as it gets here. Ill also start to use the vendors list instead of listing simple questions about parts.

As soon as spawned x gave me the hint i checked it out and ordered the kit. That is an excellent deal especially considering it already comes with piping all the way to the TB and a BOV. My only concern is if the BOV leaks, which isnt an issue really since I have 2 1g BOVs already, just gonna try it and see how it holds up.

I ordered that same kit but from CX-Racing and got it for about half the price. Its the exact same kit a the PR one but without the extra cash. It looks sick as does what its suppose to.

I have a intercooler kit i got from slowboy racing, they told me it would fit my 420a but its made for the 4g63...if you want it it comes with the clamps and couplers and pipes...for 275

if your budget is $400 you can get the Punishement Racing kit and support a vendor.

If you want less, but dont mind doing a bit of fab, there are kits on ebay that need minor modification to the included piping.

I just installed the punishment kit today, install was a piece of cake, only had to do some minor trimming of the opening on the bumper, looks good and performs excellent, I scrapped the type s knockoff bov that comes with it tho, I've tried them before and dont like them, I have 3 punishment type s knockoffs 2 of them brand new and 1 used and every one of them I had to open up and take a spring out, and even then it still didnt perform well

if only I had searched. I ended up getting the punishment racing kit but as of now I dont know whats gonna happen my car just started acting up pretty badly I made another post about it so if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
