belt spins when i hit a puddle?

im not sure if i just need to tighten the alt belt.. But this gets pretty annoying, i drive in the rain and i hit any puddle (it seems like) and i hear a belt winning really bad and my lights dim down and i lose alot of power then it all comes back. i was thinking its the alt belt but im just guessing?

Yeah that's the alt belt. Just tighten it. If it looks old and worn then replace it.
