bcs where is it?

Im new here and im pretty sure the thing above the air canister with two vacum lines attached to this device is it, but i cant seem to pull anything out? I know your suppose to put like a screw or something small in the smaller of the two and pull some restrictor out. I've searched and looked at many different sites but no pictures. I just want to make sure and confirm with you guys where is it located. Anyone have pictures? thanks for the help in advanced.
