Battery Question?

IF my car will turn over but not start and the battery is dead but I am giving it like an hour or so to charge could it still be the battery or if it turns over should it be fine

you should check and see if you have spark and fuel.

Oh I do, therefore its not the battery.... Could it be my ECU maybe its bad, Is it possible it wouldnt give me a check engine light

possibly. did you check the ECU fuse

If you have spark and fuel than it has to be a mechanical problem with the car preventing air from being there.

I think you should compression test the engine then check spark and fuel again.

Where might this ECU Fuse you speak of be

on a DSM it would located in the engine bay. like crankbender said i would check the fuel system and ignition system again.
