Balance shaft belt install..

I got the old BS belt off kinda easily by threading it off and squeezing it through the bottum of the crank sprocket and backing plate. But I cant get the new one on. I dont want to hurt the belt at all and cant fit it around the crank sprocket at all. Anyone have any tips?

NM I got it First time doing timing belt replacement. Fun stuff!

You're gonna have to take the crank sprocket off to get the belt in there. You can stick something in the flywheel to keep the crank from moving while you loosen the sprocket. It's fun stuff.
