lately I have been having a problem with the throttle response. When i am sitting at idle and press the gas to rev the engine, the revs will drop about 200-400 rpms then finally jump back when I hit the gas. It seems that this could be tps related but I just adjusted the tps to where it should be via RRE's tech articles. I recently replaced the head, intake manifold and timing belt, however, it did not fix or change the problem. ( I had warped the previous head due to overheating) I do have an exhuast leak where the turbo meets the cast manifold and where the dowpipe meets the O2 housing. So it seems that the problem I am having isnt head or intake related, Could it be a bad maf? I just tested the ISC as well and all of the contacts were within spec ( 28-30 ohms ).

Thanks, any suggestions welcome:dsm:
