Bad stem seals? Vid inside

Camera couldn't pick up all the smoke, but it was slightly smoking the whole time. Only visible in the video after 2:00 or so.
I've replaced the head gasket, and gotten a new turbo, yet the car still smokes. Supposedly the stem seals were changed when the head was at the machine shop, but now I'm starting to wonder.

I'd do a compression check all across the board to make sure your rings are in good shape. If they check out, I'd be thinking valve stem seals also.

Pull the exh mani and check for oil in the exhaust ports on the head. Oil found could mean stem seals.

Where are you feeding oil to the turbo from? If it is an MHI turbo I would feed it from the head.

Compression test is good. I'm probably going to do a leak down test soon.
