bad squeek when idle?

when im at idle it sounds like theres something loose under the hood it rattles and squeeks

Why not pop the hood and find out?

You may have an oran-ou-tan trapped under there. Use precautions when opening.

It's probably a noisy belt, but it can be a failing harmonic balancer. Spray each belt, by itself, with water while running and see if it make the noise go away. If that's it, replace the belts.

the belt is new could it be that its defective how can i test the balancer?
