Durham,
my friends 90 n/a has a really bad sputter, when it accelerates it sputters really bad and seems like its not accelerating at all, like its running on 3 cylinders. if i only apply a little gas it accelerates w/o sputtering, but if i give about 30% or more it does it. and it only does it in the lower rpm range. and all 4 spark plugs are white, and have to be changed prob every month.

its a completely stock, its a 90 eclipse n/a auto

thanks

Your best bet would be a simple tune-up.

First id start with:

1) Spark Plugs

2) Fuel filter

3) Cap & Rotor

4) PCV Valve

5) Spark Plug wires (if you think you need them)
