Bad Skip

I have a bad engine skip 96 eclipse n/t 420a iv fixed all vac leaks i put new wires and NGK coppers and tryed NGK plats new coil it is a five speed car wit a auto trans wiring harness if that matters bought it that way going down the road its fine it only skips sometimes any help would be great when i hook the ob2 scanner up nothing comes up

yes i ment misfire i have rain out of things to look for guys new coil wires and plugs it only misfires when driving never at idle and it dose it very randomly threw the rpms and it dose do it all the time like today i drove it over any hour and it didnt do it once
