bad idle, running very lean

I am really needing help. I was just messing around a little bit with the mafcomp graph and now my car is idling around 1100 rpms and will not go down. I reset everything to where it was before with no changes. Now I am idling around 20/1 afr and it wants to kill my engine.

It doesn't want to go into closed loop either. What the heck has happened? My front O2 will not cycle right and the O2 is giving readings while the car is off...I will post a log. I really need this figured out.

I did a hard reset of the ecm. You can find how to on the ecmlink wiki. Everything is back to how it was before. I have no idea what really happened. My DSM is my daily driver now so I was getting worried!
