Bad gearbox linkage [HELP]

Hello,

I come to you because after the GST swap on my eclipse, my gearbox linkage seems dead.
Let me explain: Before, on my old engine, I was shifting normally. Now, the first gear goes wrong (sometimes even it is back to neutral itself). The 2nd, 3rd and 4th pass normally.
But I have a hard time passing the 5th. It doesn't hang, but it looks like the linkage is like "Chewing Gum", the linkage seems imprecise.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Does the linkage adjust?

How sloppy is your shifter? Check the bushings at the transmission end for damage/missing rubber. if your cables have a lot of play before grabbing gear, look into some replacements. I actually just ordered a set from extreme psi to address my sloppy shifter. You're situation however may have more to do with an installation problem since its a swapped setup. Verify your linkage is secured in the proper places. Not missing clips or hold downs or bolts etc.

I have check the bushing and they are dead ^^
They missing rubber
So I just bought a bushing kit in extrempsi

I will have them in a few days, because I’m in France ^^

What swap? What did you do?

I swap a 4G63T in my eclipse
It had à European 4g63 N/T before

Did you swap the trans also?

Yes i put à GST gearbox and all the GST transmission

Compare the brackets to the two transmissions. I would bet they are different
