Bad Fpr?

Will a bad fpr not let fuel go to the return line because Im not getting enough fuel to run the and there isn't any going to the return line fuel pump and fuel filter are brand new. When I get the car to crank over it will idle at 400 for a second with 5 vacuum and the die out. This is all after I messed around with the return line.

just plug the fpr for a couple of minutes to see if it stays running.

If it stays running, Then you are 100% sure that is the issue.

I'll go try that and also if I pump the gas it will run for a little but won't stay running and I mean pump like crazy.
I tried capping it and it didn't change anything.
