Bad Day Gone Worse. HELP!

well first off i have a 95 4g63 tsi stock motor. i have had dsm link v3 for a while have tuned by english racing. it ran beautiful !! until one morning driving to work and all hell broke loose. i dont know what broke first but my timming belt and counter balence belt broke. bent my valves. and slightly kiss the pistons. i tore apart the motor replace valves placed it all back together. got it back into the car. went to start it up and runs like crap. while im cranking it over it will not run if i dont give it gas. and once give it gas it runs horible constaly having to fight to keep it above 1k rpm. sounds like a harley davison. timming seems to be horible or something else is wrong. i have a 1g cas that i maked the postion of it when i took it apart. and map sensor. so attached it a dsm link file of it. any and all help would be nice.

are you sure that all your timing marks were properly lined up? did you make sure the marks still lined up after you spun the motor by hand 6 full revolutions?

Yeah double check the timing marks. IF your timing is right, you are probably running on 2 cylinders. try unplugging the fuel injectors one at a time to make sure they are all spraying. You can do the same with plug wires. Have you done a compression check?
