Ok so again im a newb at this. Am definitely trying to do everything myself. But i need to get the basics or small upgrades to get back to square one. Here is a small list of issues that i definitely have:

I lost the vacuum hose from throttle body to bov outlet. So i either need an upgraded idea or a place to get a new hose for that. Also attached onto that is a hose that runs off into the header port.

I need an over view of where some of the hoses and wires run properly and ive been all over the web looking for diagrams i can understand. But for the most part they are all connected unless missing something.

I do have an issue where it wont start or even turn over just to hear it, brand new starter and battery (optima) so not 100% on where to go next to that.

Also my clutch literally either hits the floor or stands straight out.

Would love to have hands on experience but obviously that isnt always possible.

so another issue i put out is that my clutch pedal doesnt function properly.. it either sits on the floor or is fully extended. i did put new bushing in on the tranny side connectors but didnt really mess with anything else. any input would be great as for most threads of this end with no results.

You need to bleed the clutch(same as you would brakes) as there is probably air in the line from you disconnecting it.

to be honest ive had good luck with ebay intercoolers, myself and others i know have used them for many different brand cars. for race/extremely high boost i wouldnt recommend. but for bolt-on/stock my experience has been good, but your gunna hear the bads and the goods cause theirs always both so its really if you wanna give it a shot or save for something better

Ok so i just finished putting in new carpet and some other interior fun stuff (choke).... but i noticed my gas pedal does just falls to the floor as well. Also might have some wiring issues since turning over the car is a no go.. i can get power inside but nothing under the hood. Any suggestions?

It seems like you have a laundry list of problems and questions that can be addressed better by using the search function. I myself just like using google and entering things like "clutch sticking to floor dsm." Make sure you use the term DSM in every search.

Another tip: Try making a physical list of everything that needs to be addressed with the car and tackle things one at a time.

As far as the clutch goes, wipe and dry everything clean, add fluid and bleed. Go from there and if it's leaking inside the cabin by the pedal, then you know the master cylinder is toast. Also, Extremepsi.com is a great place for OEM parts. Anything related to the clutch I definitely would go OEM and stay away from auto parts store brands. Good luck.

Agree with above. If wet floor/carpet need new clutch master cylinder, OEM always best if you can get it. However I will admit that I bought a $10 rock auto rebuild kit for this exact problem before I ever hooked up with DSM Tuners and knew better. It's lasted three years so far:p

^ This is great advice. Using Google can make finding what you need quick and easy. Another tip is enter "clutch sticking to floor dsm" followed by "site:www.dsmtuners.com".

Making a list is also a great idea. Prioritize your issues, and take care of them one at a time like suggested.

If you have an air compressor, you can pick up a cheap vacuum bleeder which will allow you to any bleeding single handed. http://www.harborfreight.com/brake-fluid-bleeder-92924.html

For the accelerator pedal, make sure the throttle cable is connected on both the pedal assembly and throttle body sides.

The electrical issue will probably the most difficult to figure out. I'd recommend checking the easy stuff first. Is the battery connected? Is the MPI fuse good?

It's the 20A fuse labeled "ENGINE":

thank you all so much for the tips, sorry school has been kicking my ass. I have gotten the gas pedal fixed, seems that a simple clip i missed on the pedal to hold it in place. The CLUTCH is my next issue for sure, i am going to replace it but when i went to OREILLYS they want to know what size diameter i need. 8 or 9. also on the electrical side i will check the engine fuse tmw after class but i have a question about the fuse box its self. I may be missing a wire i will post pic with this so you may see the issue. its not the side with three screws but only 2.

I wouldn't think Oreillys would be a place to get a clutch for our cars. I haven't personally had to shop for a clutch yet as my cars already had pretty good clutches for my power levels. You need to decide on a clutch based on your performance/power goals rather than price. Do it once, do it right.
There is a ton of clutch threads on this site so do a little browsing :thumb:

Anyone have input on these nuts for the fuse box? Not sure if I'm just flat out missing a wire or not...

Ok so ive been digging into the forums for a couple days.. i have internal power when i turn the key, but it doesnt even try to hit the starter with the key... also ive tried to use a remote switch to kick the starter but its not getting enough to actually turn over the engine.. i posted a pic showing a wire may be missing or maybe im just really not doing something right.
