Back seats removed .. what should i do with the extra space in the back??

picked up carpet from Wal-mart, cut it ans laid it there. it wasnt professional or anything, but it covered the open spot.

I would do like my old FC RX-7. the car didn't have back seats so it had a flat floor the whole way back but right behind the seats were two large cubbyholes where you could put small stuff and not have it flying around while your driving. one could also build a spot for subs and amps that would look factory.

Sub in the middle, with two bottles covered. have a lid on each side so you can access the bottles.
