O.K fellas here it goes;

I just installed my new ported B16g and it pulls HARD all the way to past redline :thumb: . Anyways, I have my boost set at 12psi at the moment, Is this too much on the stock fuel with a 255lph pump? I have heard of this and that for fuel set-ups and finally decided to go with:

S-AFCII, and
680cc injectors

I am planning on installing these parts myself. What I need to know is how to set the basic settings on the S-AFC for these injectors just to run it on the road so I can get it to the shop to get properly tuned. Also, I have a 3" GM MAF. Where is it recommended to place this unit. I am running an atmoshere dump with a XS RFL BOV. Should I run the MAF after the BOV or use it for a blow through?

One more question OMG I have a first gen throttle body. Is it going to make a difference at all if I install it now? If you need to know what I have, read my profile ;) . What experiences have you had installing the 60mm TB.

Thanks in advance and I appreciate any replies :)

I know you'll want to have the GM MAF after the BOV so you get an accurate reading for the injectors...

But that's all I know..

Running the MAF after the BOV is still considered "blow-thru" - it's still placed after the turbo.

You want the MAF to be as close to the cylinders as possible for an accurate reading. The closest you can get it with a GM MAF setup is going to be right next to the throttle body. This way, it's not metering air that's leaked out from the BOV.

You can probably run 17-18PSI on that 16G with stock injectors and a Walbro 255 if you bump your fuel pressure with your AFPR some and tune with an SAFC - just keep an eye on your timing curves and your injector duty cycles. Also be aware, you may sometimes hit fuel cut.
