Awd swap/build

So I already have a nice 12 second fwd car with lots of mods im swapping to awd. Im thinking im gonna get a new AEM controller with the 1/8 NP so I can run over 29psi I am thinking I want to start with getting the AEM trueboost cause my giving my old one to my friend who is gonna run less boost. I am thinking aftermarket wires and a new throttle body, down the line a new magnus intake then a polished manifold finally followed by a 68 trim turbo to replace my 60 trim. Is this a good order for my setup or should I aquire anything in a different order? I want to run 10s.

AWD swapping a 1g? Ha, good luck with that. 10s are definitely do-able fwd.. But I think it would be in your best interest in just finding an awd shell and swapping parts or just building that. My bad should have elaborated I do have an awd shell motor is being assembled and ready to drop just looking for advice on how to achieve my goals and what step to first take.
