I have a 95 gsx stock suspension. When I bought the car, the inside of rear tires were pretty worn. When you look at the car from the rear, you can see that the tires are bending inwards a little bit like / \ .

These are my alignment specs

Rear:Left

Camber: Actual -1.7, Before -1.8, Specified Range -2.2 -1.2
Toe: Actual 0.31, Before 0.35, Specified Range 0.00 0.24

Rear:Right

Camber: Actual -0.8, Before -0.8, Specified Range -2.2 -1.2
Toe: Actual 0.88, Before -1.48, Specified Range 0.00 0.24

Is it the toe that's causing the inside tire to wear prematurely? rear toe should be adjustable without any modification correct?

Nearly -2* of rear camber is a fair bit, and can contribute to increased wear, but toe is the real killer. Looks like you have a fair bit of that too.

Check your suspension for damage, as your left and right rears are quite different from one another.
Camber is not adjustable from the factory so a camber kit would be required in the rear if you really wanted to dial it in.

If your suspension is stock, I'd argue that you have damaged components and they need to be corrected in order to correct your alignment.
