AWD/FWD with lsd tranny

a guy from my area has a fwd talon and he sugested to me that i get an awd tranny converted to fwd with qualif. Now are these the same trannsmissions that T.R.E. and sheperd are selling or is this something different?

I believe they are using the AWD gearing inthe FWD trannys. Not actually the AWD tranny itself. And the Quaife is a $1200 option right now. With the LSD, you're probably looking at spending closer to $3000, but I'm just guessing. Check their sites for accurate prices and details.

no this an AWD transmission converted to FWD the T-case is missing and a few modifications are done to the casing.
