The Level Switch in the drivers side assembly is what turns the Low Fuel Light on.

The Thermister may also be used for the Low Fuel Light, everything is wired up in parallel on the 2G AWD tank.

Can't find diagram right now.

The Level Switch and Thermister are wired in series to activate the Low Fuel Light.
The Driver and Passenger Side Floats are wired in series to give a total resistance for the Fuel Gauge.

Thanks for the reply Ceddy ...
Any advice on my wiring question from that link above (#235)?
I have two wires coming from the driver's side sender (level sender) that are not connected with my FWD to AWD swap. FWD's don't have level senders so do you think I should worry about it?

I think the AWD have the Level Switch on both sides just in case the driver side tank doesnt siphon into the passenger side.

I have never heard of this being a problem so I wouldn't worry about it.
