AVID Motor Mounts 2G GSX AUTO-TRANS

I have been looking for some quality Motor Mount Replacements. It Seems AVID has a very Solid Design. I have a 2G AUTO so of course I Emailed them in regards of the Support for our Vehicles. They said that 2G manual Kit is in progress. Here is the Email

trans. At the moment, we are working on the release of the manual kit. The
success of that kit will aide in making the decision whether or not to

So in this matter I imagine if we can get enough of us to bug them.. Then we can start a Group buy or Have some extremely good Motor mounts. I Bolded the Important Part of the email.

If the manual kit is in progress then it will take forever for an auto kit to come out. However if they decide to make these then im in.

Well i was looking around for these and apparently they already have the 2G Manual kits in production. 3 Piece and 4 piece sets.

Yea all I basically said was that I noticed that some vendors carry 2G Kits for Manual and asked if they would fit an Auto and if not did they have an Auto Kit.

I really want these bad also! So if you can pass it around to all the 2G Autos so that we can finally have some quality racing mounts. Stupid Honduh guys have had these things forever.. I think it is our turn.

I can't find anyone with manual ones mounted on their car. Extremepsi was taking pre-orders, now it is not even on their website. Needless to say, they'll be working on the manual mounts before they start with the auto.

Slowboy is also taking pre-orders for manual avid mounts. I paid for mine about 6 weeks ago and was told it would be 2 weeks before avid was ready to send them out. One of my plans for the weekend was to call slowboy and find out what the hell is the deal.

After 4months i final just got my my Avid 4 piece mounts, going to be installing them today, Its a nice looking product will fill you guys in on how the install went.

You won't be dissapointed in the wait, the first time for everything always takes awhile to develop. We're originally from the Honda world and we saw that the DSM market needs mounts! You guy's are making a lot of jam! Lol... PM me if you need anything or have any questions man...

according to franklin its done
just awaiting testing.
you also can butcher the manual mount to fit the auto.

Wow. I'm kinda surprised you got a mount from them at all. I placed an order back in septemer, after 3 weeks they shipped the wrong one and i'm still waiting for them to correct it. I've not been to impressed with their communication to say the least.

Is that for the auto or manual trans??? I've been dying to get these mounts for a while; evry time I contact a vendor I get no response from them when I ask if they have the 4 piece kit for an auto trans , they just simply ignore the message.....

If any of you guys have bougth the Auto trans kit from a vendor let me know so I can order them as well, ad hopefully the mounts have already been all revised. I don't want to spend money on just OEM mounts when I can just buy some aftermarket ones. If I don't find a vendor I guess I will just have to once again settle with some OEM replacements since I need some anyway

Hey guys with an auto DSM I have great news. I contacted Mike from punishment racing and he went thru the trouble of being able to find out for me if avid has a 4 piece kit for our cars; turns out that they just finished production on these and they will have them in stock within a week or 2

according to franklin the mount has been tested and it fits fine.
and it should come with bolts.
