AVCR install made my HKS Turbo Timer stop working help!!

Hey guys.. I just finished installing an Apexi AVCR. I soldered all connections and they are all hooked up correctly. My only problem now is my HKS Turbo Timer Type-1 is not turning on. I have the wiring harness that comes with the HKS TT and I can't recall if I had to tap any wires from the ECU harness to make the HKS TT function.. Has anyone ran into this problem?? The HKS TT will not even turn on, and I didn't mess with anything related to it.
