Auto trans not engaging at running temp

Have been having very very slight trans stutters but never any slips. The other day i added some lucas transmission stabilizer and then raced a supercharged mustang (which i beat) with no problems. Then later i take my friend home and on the way back tranny starts slipping really bad and making a weird noise. Almost like a squirting noise but not really? hard to explain. anyway the next day i start the car waited for it to get a little warm, started making my way to a shop about a mile away, car gets up to running temp and starts to slip. Transmission does not engage at all at running temp. Should i flush the tranny to see if that helps or is this a bigger problem?

check the transmission fluid level. make sure you are on level ground and the transmission is in prk or neutral and engine at operating temperature. check for any transmission code.

I doubt its electrical if its just slipping but is shifting like it should. I always recommend checking the forums on the Import Performance Transmissions website. They are masters with the DSM autos. You will have a better chance of getting the information you need there. Please post what the problem turns out being when you get it figured out. Good luck.
