auto tranny problems

So i bought a 91 eagle talon that need a tcu supposedly so i bought a known to be good one put it in and it shifted fine for 10 mins or so. Then back to square one it sticks in either second or third. if you shut the car off and restart it its fine for an other 10 mins then no shift. I changed the filter and fluid not that made and difference either way good or bad. Any one got any ideas on what i could be.

of what the trannies getting pulled apart? ill work on it looks like im just going to put the f4a33 in today or tomorrow.

ok so im swapping the trannies and every thing is going really good (bad sign) then i get the f4a22(na auto tranny) out and its sitting next to the f4a33(turbo tranny) when i start looking at the clips for the oil temp sensor and things of that nature and for the most part there all the same... except for on the turbo tranny there is a plug with 3 wires(green, black, and blue) and ont the na tranny its only a 2 wire sensor(bothe wires are blue). Ive narrowed it down to both plugs being the temp sensor according to the 2 links above, and now i dont really know where to go from here. i need help some one ### point out what i missing here bolt for bolt this tranny should just drop right in my car right?? what do i do about the wirring??
A) i could repin stuff not that i know what to do there
B) i could pull the temp sensor out of the na tranny?

Has any one out there done this tranny swap that can help me both trannies are 91s and they both came out of talons if that helps. If any one can help i need it ###
