Basically I bought the car that was swapped from an auto to manual and there are a few connectors left over I guess. I try to get a pic later, but basically they're coming out of the wire harness sitting on top of the now manual trans. Can I just cut them off and seal the wires?

Thanks,
Will

Yes, and no... Most of the connectors are intertwined into the harness. Also, there is a neutral safety switch that needs to be bypassed. It would be easier for you to buy a manual harness, trust me.
