Is there any write ups on changing transfer gears to straight cut?

Are you're referring to the transfer case gears? These can not be straight cut gears because they mesh at a 90º angle.

Believe he's referring to automatic transfer gears inside the case. Jeff Bush makes the straight cut gear sets for them.

the only thing offered on a dsm in a straight cut transfer gear is for the autos. theres no how to on this. you either get brave and wing it or send it to a reputable trans builder to have them do it.

There are simple to install..... if you do your own engine work , these can be installed by a amateur
