AT 95 gsx stalls when stopping after Ipt shift kit need advice

Ok so my car is stalling only when i come to a sudden stop after I put in the 175hp shift kit what could this be I did tamper with the 4mm screws on the valve body would this have anything to do with it?

I m ade a noob mistake , only had about 3 quarts of tranny fluid in, i put 2 more in and wahla shifting good no stall yet
