Get that yoda running and you will be ok! Look up the episode of top gear where they literally tried to kill one of those yoda trucks. They out it in the ocean, even put it on top of a building that was scheduled for deconstruction. And with regular hand tools. The thing still ran like a champ!!!

I just sold mine last month with a full tank for 40$...sounds like a jet engine

Yeah it's a little noisy but it sure feels good right now.

$40 was a heck of a deal. Wish that was all I paid form mine.

Had to dip into the 240 fund for the time being.

It's manageable right now. But tommorow morning, will be some thing else. Another day off I guess.... Be careful regardless guys. It's not your driving I'm worries about. It's everyone else.

Well I decided to back the cars out an clean up the garage this morning and noticed a decently sized oil leak from my oil pan. I just recently did the rear main seal an dropped the pan for access. The rear main isn't leaking but it looks like the rear section near the axle support bearing didn't get a good seal due to the damn oil pickup being a dick. I used black RTV as that is what I use to use on my gst and didn't have to worry about the damn transfer case in the way.

Anyway, I didn notice the leak was this bad until I switched to full synthetic 10w30. Any ha any issues with increased leak during the cold using Mobile 1? It could also be due to the cold shrinking all the rubber and gaskets down for a worse seal.

I wanna fix it soon but hate thy I gotta drop the damn transfer case to do it....I have a cork seal that I may use in conjunction as well. A local shop builder to me that I should glue the cork to the block and hold it in place with just the bolts first, once it sets then I can go back and put the oil pan on without having to fight getting the gasket to line up. May be something ill give a try...

I never rely on gaskets on the oil pan. I always use Grey RTV - that's the only thing I've ever been able to use and keep the pan from leaking.

As for the snow - I can't enjoy it right now. =/ 6 Speed Bird.. and a Talon that's waiting on banjo fittings. If I only had those fittings I could be playing in the snow on AWD right now. Damnit. >.<

Damn man that's awful. Still no power!

Still out and from the looks of it, will be tomorrow before we have power back. What sucks is looking out and seeing lights on all around.

We are just blocks from power in three directions. The other direction is dark and that's where our power lines go. The entire stretch from Jacksonville to Cabot along the interstate is out of power.


Also for anyone getting out, it's already refreezing and getting slick. Were tucking in for the night and staying warm.

My converter is not big enough. I have already thought about it. The boys and myself would like to have some time on the Xbox.

They are keeping me busy with charging phones, iPods, and tablets.
