Are the 95-96 and the 97-99 bumber SUPPORTS the same?

I'm doing a 97-99 bumper conversion and was wondering if the support underneath was the same between years. Or will I need a 97-99 one?

I couldn't find any info on this and just wanted to make sure.

Do you mean that big bar that goes across the bumpers? If so, they are the same, I didn't have to swap mine out.

as far as I can tell they are jsut different colors. white 2ga black 2gb
