[RESOLVED] Are 95-96 and 97-99 door-caps the same?

I saw other posts on this, but people were talking about the endcaps by mistake. Does anybody know if the door caps ( the long skinny piece that runs along the bottom of the door) not the end cap (the small squre-shaped piece that completes the sideskirt) for 95-96 and 97-99 are the same?
