Are my turbo seals blown? or is it worse?

So I'm working on my car right now...trying to fix a smoking problem I've had. New EVO3GT from turbochargers.com w/install kit and ported manifold is what I have. When I drive around, the exhaust will smoke a little bit, and when I hit any boost, my engine will smoke from somewhere near the front of the car. I noticed though, my oil return line was kinked, and probably has been for the past 150-200 miles. I just now fixed the kink, but I think it might have blown my seals. I can't find any other explanation to the white smoke. I'm running lean because I just pulled my spark plug for cylinder 4 and the tip is a good white color. No oil in my coolant, no coolant in the oil, no oil leaks from the valve cover to drip down, no boost leaks at all, LICP barely has a coating of oil if at all, o2 housing has no oil in it but the inside is black (normal use?).

No boost leaks at all, triple tested and held 15 psi fine from turbo inlet.
Small oil leak was coming from the return line to the oil pan, but fixed now.
Had a kink in the oil return line for about 200 miles, fixed now.
Coolant return line was loose/spraying coolant onto the turbo, but that is fixed now also.

I'm going to fill her back up with oil right now, and then check for leaks. Could I have already blown the seals in the turbo? Would that lead to blowing my turbo? Finally, how much does it usually cost to get the seals replaced if thats the problem?

It could have very well been the pressure caused by the kink in the line. I would suggest driving it around for a bit now that its unkinked to see if it goes away. Did you do a compression test? When you took the exhuaust manifold off, was there oil in the exhaust runners?
If you had the seals replaced, it would just be considered a turbo rebuild. That price varies from vendor to vendor. I would imagine anywhere from $300 to $450 depending on where you go and what is needed for the rebuild.

No compression test yet, I have no money to buy a guage right now.
I'll take the manifold off again and look in the runners for oil.

I'm still smoking from the engine a bit after boosting. Seems like the smoke comes from below the turbo still, my crankcase (more smoke comes out when I take off the oil cap), and then from somewhere below my intake manifold.

I'm throwing code P0300 also, multiple cylinder misfire. I'm thinking that could be the reason for the smoke also, but I have NO IDEA how to fix that. I'm testing my coilpack in a bit too, since it's the only thing that isn't new ignition wise (new NGK6ES plugs, new MSD 8.5 Wires, old coilpack.)

I think that the compression test would be the best option for now. Unkinking that hose will definitely help, but I think something else is going on if there is smoke coming from under the intake manifold. Does the smoke smell sweet? If so, I fear that it is the head gasket. See if any auto parts stores will rent out a compresion tester. I know some by my house will. You pay like $30 and when you bring it back they refund all the money.
