Are DNP manifolds 7CM

I wanted to know if DNP Mitsubishi flanged exhaust manifold outlet is 7cm?

I think it is bro, I'm running one and used and believe I used a 7cm gasket. I'll check when I get home for ya.

"7cm2" refers to the a/r ratio of the turbo's turbine housing in metric terms...it has nothing to do with the inlet size of the housing.

Instead, you should be asking what the diameter of the hole in the DNP manifold's outlet flange is in mm. It's likely either 52mm or 60mm.
