Apexi turbo timer

Sure its been answered just need a quick bit of info bought a 1g talon came with the stock turbo timer where do i plug it into. Has the stock harness

What do you mean stock turbo timer? There isn't a stock 1g timer, if it's a apexi you need the plug and play harness.

Sorry i meant to say aftermarket. Its an older one the connector says mt-1 and theres another female connector

Why do you want a turbo timer? Our cars came with water cooled turbochargers, there's no need for an idle cool-down.

Its not the stock turbo on it. Its a 16g

Well you need the plug and play harneee that lets you connect the timer into the ignition system. And 16g's are water-cooled too

Oh, i had no idea. Sorry im still kind of new to all this someone told,me i needed the timer but i didnt know, but thankss

I would still make sure the 16 g is water-cooled , because alot of people do away with the coolant lines.

Yeah im giving the car another look tommorrow i just had. To fix the wideband ill be checking the turbo out tommorrow i want to make sure everything checks out before the dsmlink
