apexi safc problem

ok ,have apexi safc it will power up and go to the main screen but I can,t get anything to change with the controls on it .was wondering if there is a way to reset it ,or flash it somehow ,I am bench testing it the fuse was blown inside and now replaced .

Disconnect your negative battery cable for 30 seconds.

It could be locked.

Even if it's locked, you can still get to the monitor screen. Did you just hook it up, or was anything changed since this started?

ok this thing is now toast the brown wire touched the red wire from the power supply ,thanks to my wife .now I have bought the dsmlink and ecu ,so now no more safc units .thanks for the replys
