You might notice an increase in spool but its not going to make that big of a difference with the restrictive stock exhaust/cat.

No because it won't fit. The Apex downpipes extend about 3.5" longer than the stock cat. You would have to cut the factory pipe and re-weld the flange.

hmm.. so i gotta buy the catback to put the dp on without welding.. :thumbdown
