Will the Apexi N1 Downpipe bolt up to an Apexi WS exhaust? The most common 147 km02. Thanks!

Yes. It would be pretty funny if they sold a downpipe and cat-back that didn't mate with each other. Be aware that the downpipe eliminates your catalytic converter.
