Apexi Downpipe ????

I just have a quick question about the apexi front down pipe. At dsmparts.com under downpipes its the first one in the list. It says it replaces the catalytic converter and i just wanted to know if it puts another one on or just eliminates it all together because i still have to get e-check and dont want to take it off every e-check. Thanks

no it adds the extra 2ft so it bolts on to its cat-back. I reccommend going to RoadRaceEngineering.com they make downpipes for the apexi exhaust w/ hi-flow cat OR w/ race pipe
