Not sure if this is in the right place, so sorry if it is the wrong area. Anyway, I am installing both an AFC and an AVCr in my car and was wondering if you could connect wires from the AFC and AVCr onto the same spot (together) on the car's computer harness. Such as the power wires or throttle signal for each piggy back computer. I didn't know if they needed to be tapped into two different spots on the same wire or not. Any help would be appreciated! :)

the manual says not to on some of the wires, especially the ground i believe it is, so i just hooked mine in seperate spots to be safe, not much harder, and rather be on the safe side....

So would it be all right to put the other wires together but leave two spots for the grounds seperate (2 to one spot and 2 to the other)? Or would that make the signals to weak. I just didn't want to hack up my wiring harnesses. Thanks!

Anyone else able to help me out with this question? Please!!!!!!!

Sorry i know this is kinda old .. but that makes no sense. Everything on the car uses a common ground. If its grounded it is in some way shape or form attached to anything else that is grounded. Thats how what your powering is able to complete the circuit .. electricity has to find someway from the battery positive to the battery negative (back to its source) no matter where on the frame/car it is attached. Since everything that is attached to ground eventually finds its way back to the battery negative it wouldnt make much sense that they couldnt share a ground.

Cant see why it wouldnt work..

 Actually, current travels from negative to positive outside the battery, and positive to negative inside the battery  I guess that'd explain why the inline fuses are always on the positive wire, to open the circuit on the return path to the battery. You can have more than one thing running off one ground point, i've grounded power caps and stereo amps on the same bolt with no issues. If you feel uncomfortable, then use a thicker wire.
