You're going to find few(if any) people running that EMS. Most people run ECMlink or Ecuflash. Since you have a 98, it will be a lot easier to get Ecuflash and Evoscan and tune that way. A lot more support with that, and I'm sure a lot easier.

Hm.. I've never seen that one. That's interesting.

I already have my car tuned with it, works just like any other standalone I'm sure. I got it for a good deal so i bought it. I'm fully aware of ecmlink and flash.

yeah It's a AU ecu...I never tuned a car before but I'm sure guys that tuned before would have no issue tuning with this.

I had an old V3 wolf years and years ago (like 15 or more), the one that stored the maps on the cards you inserted into the handheld. The V3 used a completely different handheld. The v3 was light years beyond the other available ECUs back then and offered the features of high end motecs and autronics for the budget price of haltech, link, accel, etc. The best advice I can give you is to Google "Chris Green". He is the main distributer for Wolf 3D in norht america. I'm not sure what shop he works at anymore, but if you google him, you should be able to find him as he is the authority on the wolf and one of the best tuners in the country in general. He is a super nice guy and lives to support the Wolf 3D. the best money oyu could spend on your car would be to bring him to you for a tune. People bring him in all over the world to tune their race cars and 3000+hp off shore power boats. His cell phone used to be 916-289-0488, probably still is. It's ok to call if that is still his number. Like i said he lives to support the Wolf.

Edit, also, you can tune the wolf in 2d mode and any tuners should have no problem. tuning in 3d takes a different level of tuner. a lot of these so called "tuners" don't even understand 3d mapping and use whatever platforms algorythms to make maps. Alos, oyu don't have to tune the V4 and v4 plus through the handheld. you can tune through the laptop software just like any other ECU. The handheld can be used just for monitoring or as a digital dash.
