Anyone have the 95-99 Haynes Repair to answer ??

Im looking at my haynes repair book for my 99 eclipse rs, and if you look in section 12 under 12-22 there is supposed to be a diagram for the power windows. My car did not come with power windows, but I bought doors from a 97 eclipse with power windows to set up my power window unit in my car. My question is since I dont understand this diagram, does anyone know if the 99 eclipse rs harness that is coming from the dash into the door jam is already set up for power windows, or already wired? I will put the doors on myself, but before I go through the trouble of making my car ugly with another set of doors Im trying to figure this question out. Now there is a visual diagram on chapter 11-10 but Im confused.

Not to sure but my buddy did same swap on a silvia and he just transfered the whole harnesses.

I believe the repair manual which you refer to is for both turbo and non-turbo version's of the car. That is of course if its the same on which I have. I doubt that they made two versions, are you sure this is not the fact?

I dont believe they are prewired for power windows. You would have to either make your own harnesses or transfer them over from a car with power windows.

Just checked the Haynes Manual and Chapter 12 setion 22 is a wiring diagram for "Engine Cooling Fan Wiring Diagram". You need to take a look at Chapter 12 section 34, this section shows the "Power Window Wiring Diagram". You should check the harness going into each door and see if anything is pre'wired, if not you might have to transfer over the wires like the guy above me said.

pull the door panels off and see if its got the wiring inside your door. takes like 2 minutes

Yea the doors I bought have the wiring harness on the inside, and I know they will connect to the connecter from the dash to the door, but the wires that are in the wiring harness that go to the door connector wiring harness are wired up, I guess I should just put the doors on and try to power it up. Thanks for the replies and help. I just noticed I wrote the wrong thing down for section 12, sorry about that.
