anybody have th e "halo projector" headlights?

my 1995 gst came with them and im looking for a way to angle them up, they only go about 5 feet infront of the car.. they have no adjusters that i can see, anyone have any ideas?

Just cause you can't see the adjuster doesn't mean there was never one there, probably just fell off. Try looking and using a small standard screw driver. If not you could shim the mounting bolts.

well the way their designed they cant reallu move.. i may oblong the holes to make them fit better.. or pull some stock ones from the junkyard
