Any way to test CAS and CPS?

I've got no fuel or fire and suspect one of these two are faulty. I don't want to remove them one at a time and replace them with new ones if there is a way I can test them. I have a multimeter and ecmlink, so those options are open.

Look into a Haynes manual, they almost always have intructions to testing sensors. There should be a specified ohm reading for it to be within specs
