How to test my cps and tps?

For the TPS: Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 3, should be 3.5-6.5 kohms. Then measure the resistance between terminals 2 and 3 while moving the throttle slowly, the resistance should change smoothly.

Couldn't find anything on the CPS sorry.

You really need a scope to check if the cps and the crank sensor are in sync with each other and check for a refernce signal. Other than that check the yellow wire for about 9 volts. If it is not there check that wire for breaks and check your pcm power and grounds since both of those sensors work off the same circuit.

As a side note. If you have a 5 speed, unplug the speed sensor and re-check the yellow wire. A bad vss may cancel out the cps signal and voltage from the ecu.
