Any one here ever used a ground wire kit?

I bought a greddy ground wire kit and stableizer and need help connecting it. The stableizer speakes for its self, connect red with red black with black. But with the ground wires, do you connect the grounds to anything and everything or is there a sertin spot that I should ground them to. Also is it okay to tie down two gronds in the same location?
