any ideas why its leaking

i just noticed that my transfer case is leaking on the passanger side where the axle is. any ideas why it just started. a month ago i had the drivers side axle replaced. other then that no work has been done. and i dont drive it but once a week

I'm going to point towards the axle seal.

definitely have to agree with psycho. and by the way your car does not have a transfer case it is a transmission. only all wheel drives have a transfer.
