Any idea where these go? Please help!

Ok, so after rebuilding my head, I came across these two connectors. I have no clue in the world as to where they go. I don't recall ever unplugging them.

Connector #2 looks like your knock sensor connector. Connector #1 is dangling on my car also and has never been hooked up. I've always thought it went to the A/C because mine was deleted when I bought the car. Good Luck

ok, i didnt mean to take a picture of the a/c one. i meant to take a picture of this one. My a/c is out a s well.

If it's located near the knock sensor connector it doesn't connect to anything.

i know the A/C one isnt connected because i took it out. But this one is near the knock sensor, why wouldnt it connect anywhere? i think its there for a reason.

if im not mistaken its you fuel pump tester it dont connect anywhere its just an easy way to test fuel pump

You're correct, it is the fp test connector.

I doubt it's for the fuel pump test, it has a rubber insert to make a seal with what ever it connects to.
I know on my 2g, the fuel pump test connection looks nothing like that.

EDIT: But I could be wrong.

its for cali cars. It would hook up to the EGR temp sensor. if your car is a federal then it does nothing. the blue wire goes to the ECU pin 15(1G,not sure about a 2g). some people tap this wire for an external source such as a MAP sensor, wideband sensor, etc..

I can't see the wires so well on that connector but if it has a green wire with black stripe and a blue wire with yellow stripe, mine is electrical taped to the harness out of the way. It's not connected to anything in my car but I can't tell you what it is because it never was. I do know it wasn't connected when my only mods were an safc and bigger injectors and the car ran fine. I went and double checked on my brothers 92 N/A 4g63 and he has that same connector electrical taped in the same area and he has zero mods. If your car starts and runs fine without it connected, I'd say don't worry about it. If it doesn't start, I personally would look elsewhere for a problem as you've just had your head off.
