any help with this eprom ecu ?????? please

Ok, the eprom ecu has a green dot and #3674E on the white harness plug, and I had a non-turbo chip made with all my mods listed but, the ecu still dosen't start my car, I have a picture of it now so, is it a turbo or non-turbo ecu

Does that ECU start the car with the stock chip installed?
Which company off eBay made your chip?

the company that sold the chip is called E~formance, the ecu had no chip in it when I purchased it b/c it was a special order, I'm pretty sure this ecu was a $300.00 mistake

We've discussed your mistake several times now you have some more information.

You've told me in the past that this was a MD159561 ECU and the number you just gave of 3674E from the edge connector matches the E2T33674E that should be below the part number on the top case. The ECU is clearly a non-turbo (no knock board) and looks like it has a different PCB part number than any of the 4G63 ECUs. (JE331B988B)


I'm trying to see if we have the original EPROM image for one of thiose.

I really wish I could help you but your out on the bleading edge.

Right now you don't know if the ECU, chip, or both are bad and without a way to narrow that down I don't see you making much headway.

Does the car currently run? (with a different ECU)
