Any gurus in Illinois? (southern?)

A little while back, I purchased a 1995 Eagle Talon TSI FWD
The guy I purchased it from said he had just had the head rebuilt and it ran for a couple weeks then quit on him. It turn over, gets spark, but won't start (compression, maybe a weak spark too) He stated it had compression but it doesn't (30-70 depending on the cylinder) so worst case scenario I expected to have the engine rebuilt, or do a swap.

Is there anyone in southern illinois who works on talons / does engine swaps? Would like to tow it to a reputable shop / person and get this talon up and running.

I live in Olney Illinois which is south of Champaign-Urbana / Effingham

Please let me know if you know of anyone / anywhere.

I can tell you shop wise we do not do buisness with anyone in Southern Illinois. If you dont want to bring it up here your best bet is going to be with someone that is garage mechanic. I am sure someone will pop up in here.
