Nice choice! Do you plan on getting an Evo III exhaust manifold and/or o2 housing too?
 
I'll be 21 next month woo [on Easter Sunday!! How can go you crazy then haha]. I wouldn't recommend getting a tubular manifold because of the additional excess heat you will be enduring. My Punishment Racing tubular manifold was nice, but that shit would heat up ridiculously. The increased spoolup and sound is great and all, but you should really get it ceramic coated or just settle for an Evo III which performs just as well minus the bling. Case in point, my father was pulled over in downtown on his way home from work last year in my DSM while I was in Florida. The officer said everything was illegal under the hood including my intercooler. Luckily, he let my dad go because he is a retired veteran. I now keep everything a stock appearance on my VR-4.

Hey maybe we can work on our cars, LOL I got to take off my turbo as well.
 
Yeah, NP of course. We're all here for the learning/sharing experience. Obviously, don't forget to prime the new turbo with new oil [disconnect ignition harness between power transistor and coilpack IIRC].

Ah, that sucks with the manifold bolts and/or stud. Hopefully you don't have to drill and tap it/them out. If there's enough thread left, you can always do the "double nut" method as g@y as that may sound haha [it works!]

i didnt know that the tubular manifold would give it a different sound. yea im not quiet sure how to install the turbo but i was going to ask someone to give me a hand with it:D
so i can see how it's done

yeah i agree it does get way too hot but nothing a heat shield or some wrap cant fix
 
so i was taking off the turbo so i can be ready for tommorow. i took off everything except 2 bolts from the o2 and the turbo do you guys have any suggestions how to take them off they wont even budge:|
